B.V. Johnson

B.V. Johnson served as the Exalted Ruler of Reno #597 for 2005/2006. BV was the first place winner in his chair and "Most Impressive Exalted Ruler" at the 2005 NSEA Annual Convention.

A veteran of the armed forces and a retired slot machine manufacturing executive, B.V. brought a tremendous amout of leadership to the Officers of Reno Lodge. Coordinating the affairs of the lodge was small in comparison to flying F-14 and F-16 aircraft or establishing gaming licenses and patents! Just Ask B.V., He'll tell you! His stories are truly fascinating.

B.V. continues to be an integral member of the Lodge, serving as a member of the Lodge's Board of Directors and the PER Association. His "First Sunday Breakfast" has become one of the truly special events in Reno's version of Elkdom.

The First Sunday Breakfast Crew is known as the 'Famous' B.V. Johnson Crew. They also do the cooking for events such as Easter Brunch, Mother's Day Brunch and the QB dinners.
