Reno Elks Lodge Facilities
The Reno Lodge is very proud of its facility at 597 Kumle Lane in Reno. The building facilities are available for rental to accommodate various events and celebrations!
Main Lobby
The Lobby area is a large open space that welcomes visitors to the Lodge. The large glass windows of the conference room face the plaza and provide additional light to the high-ceiling space. The Lobby is home to the Main Message Board which keeps visitors up to date with current activities at the Lodge.
Comfortable furniture is available and allows visitors to take in the flag display, trophy case, memorabilia and portraits of our current lodge and state association officers. From the Lobby, there is easy access to the Lounge, Terrace Room, Banquet Room and Lodge Room.

The Lounge
Once the longest bar in Northern Nevada, the Reno Elks Lodge is equipped with a well-stocked bar and an open accessible lounge area. Six HD flat screen TV's are mounted throughout the Member's Bar and the West Bar with easy access to the Terrace Room and Lobby.
The two bars can be separated by a sliding partition, which allows the privacy of access for the Members and the ability to host outside functions in the West Bar. The Bar Message Board keeps members aware of activities and announcements for the Lodge.
Two Game Rooms are accessible from the Lounge with darts, pool and shuffleboard available to our Members and their guests.

The Terrace Room
The Terrace Room is a large, multi-functional room with indirect light from a high ceiling. The Terrace Room Message Board keeps everyone aware of upcoming meal events, activities and announcements for the Lodge.
With its ample seating for 130 guests, our internal sound system complete with microphones, Jukebox and projection systems are ideal for dinners, dances and parties.
For Lodge Members and their guests, bi-monthly "Sunday Breakfasts", Tueasday & Thursday Night dinners are held in this room which has seamless access to the West Bar, Swimming Pool and Banquet areas.

The Reno Elks Lodge Room, has a built in stage with expandable capabilities with adjacent dressing rooms and restroom facilities.
The Lodge Room can seat up to 130 people, and when the folding partition to the Banquet Room is opened, the combined space seating capacity is 300 people.
The Lodge Room, Banquet Room and Terrace Room can each be used separately, or combined in several different configurations to meet a variety of seating plans.

The Banquet Room
The Banquet Room is a large event room which can seat 140 people. It is an ideal location for dinners and receptions. The room has also been used for large meetings and utility purposes such as food basket distribution and rummage sales.
When the sliding partition is opened to connect with the Lodge Room, accomodations for seating can increase to 300 people.
Easy kitchen access provides for sit-down or buffet style dining. The room may be connected to the Terrace Room and has separate access to the Lobby.

The Swimming Pool
The Reno Elks Swimming Pool is one of the largest private pools in the Reno area; complete with Olympic swim lanes, handicap chairlift, pool slide and men's and women's dressing rooms and showers. With connection to the Terrace Room, a large patio area offers a Snack Bar for hot and cold refreshments.
